What does a job of an area representative involve?


The main part of the job of representative consists of getting information concerning estate property for sale in the representative’s residence area. It can be a house, a cottage or an apartment in an apartment building. If you think that the offer is highly marketable you can place information about it in our database, which requires preliminary registration in our system. If the company considers your offer truly interesting from the point of view of sale or rent you will be automatically inserted in the profit on sale.

For searching real estate we recommend you to use mass media, newspapers, Internet, etc. When you place an offer on our web site you must give a minute description including little details such as distance from a road, number of rooms, garden, total size, etc.

If your offer has been sold, you will receive 2% of the object price (after deducting all taxes, bonuses, discounts, etc.). Let’s take a look at the following example: our client has chosen a house in Italy for 115,000 EUR which we entered in our database. After several negotiations and haggling, the price was reduced down to 107,000 EUR. The amount of 4,850 EUR will be spent on various payments concerning closing the deal. So the total net cost of the object is 102,150 EUR. So your commission fee will be 2,043 EUR. If you have any questions you can contact our managers. Another part of your job is to process provisional payments of the clients buying estate property abroad. This is the most important part of your job but it is not very difficult at all. For example, if a client wants to buy estate property in Bulgaria. As a foreign citizen he cannot buy estate property with the same rights as a Bulgarian citizen because there are certain terms and laws regulating such procedure. Which means that carrying out of the deal from the moment of signing of contract until the allocation of the object to its new owner will take about 30-40 days.


Our company offers a unique service on the market: we only charge 10% of the total cost of the object and our department is ready to begin preparing all documents necessary for presenting the object to the new owner. At the condition that the other part of the price is on the buyer’s bank account. As a partner you process this 10%. Of course nobody will make you pay this 10% amount from your own money. You have to receive this amount from the client’s bank account onto your bank account and then you have to cash this money and give it to an agent of a cooperative company by Western Union or another money transfer system. So the final cost for the buyer will be put on the maturity date.


ATTENTION!

Having received the information about the payment which you receive into your bank account, you must cash this money as soon as possible and send it by Western Union or Money Gram immediately. You will receive detailed information about an agent - recipient. It is important to mark that people of different nationalities work in different countries, so we have to be very precise with the personal information of the recipient (surname, first name, etc). Please, pay special attention that you can commit search for real estate round the clock. But processing of provisional payments is only available during working hours from 8:00am till 4:00pm.

Besides we have to be able to contact you by phone or Internet during the day because you may receive necessary instructions and tasks during the day.


Guaranteed payments

The basic wages (guaranteed wages) at the initial stage is 2,500 GBP. The wages is paid on the 30th day, after first three offers and is transferred onto your bank account. Confirming this, after receiving the wages, you again add 3 offers and after 30 days you receive your wages again, etc. But remember that you have to add the minimum number of object stipulated in the agreement!

You also receive a commission fee from each processing of the provisional payments. If you have a personal bank account you receive 5% of the total amount of payment. If you have a business or corporate bank account you will receive 10% of the total amount of payment. You do not pay any commissions for money transfer system charge because such expenses are deducted from the total amount. Besides, you do not pay any taxes for processing payments during probation period because you process such payments as personal ones. This also exempts the company from taxes during the probation period. There are also some possible prizes and bonuses for the results of the quarterly work.
