It is a scam. There is no need for additional posters to give you advice. HannasDad is a support member that report fake sites and scams.

VX is a long time member that reports fraudulent sites.

This scammer want you to help him launder stolen money. The scammer is using all fake details. Only you will be caught if you continue.

Please stop all contact with the scammer.

Also post the emails sent to you with the email headers.

The job is a scam and the check that you have/will receive is a fake. The check will initially clear into your bank account and you will think that it is safe. However, depending on how good a fake it is, it can take weeks for the banks to actually discover that it is fake. When they do, they will reverse the transaction and deduct the money from your account. You will also possibly be charged fees and be reported to the police for passing fake check.

The best thing for you to do now is to shred the check and cut off all communication with the scammer.

Do not cash or deposit the check. It is a fake.

If you have deposited the check, print out all emails about this scam, with complete headers, and show them to the fraud department of your bank. Do not withdraw any money for any reason whatsoever from that account until the fraudulent money is sent back where it came from.

According to an email from a previous incarnation of this site, you are told to send money by MoneyGram to Latvia. No legitimate business tells you to send money by MoneyGram or to use your personal account for company business.

Please post the emails, with complete headers. They will help convince the hoster and nameserver that the sites are fraud.

The site is obviously a fake, as it is not in French and there is no telling what city it's in and it's registered for only one year.
