Company Representative scams, Payment Processing scams and other Employment scams.
by Chris Fuller Sun Jul 25, 2010 5:40 am
This scammer has sent emails to people who have put their CVs online. The scammer has no connection to McDonalds, or any other company that he might name, and does not have genuine employment to offer.

Instead, he is looking for someone to receive fraudulent cheques and other money obtained by fraud, and then to pass on cash to himself, probably by Western Union or MoneyGram.

He will use a fake name and false details, so that when the bank or law enforcement discover that you are involved in handling money obtained by fraud, fake cheques, etc, he can totally disappear, leaving you with all the blame. And with the loss of money, because once the proceeds of fraud are removed again from your bank account, you will realise that all the cash you sent to the scammer has actually been out of your own money and savings.
