I received this e-mail this morning. Interestingly enough they had an add on Craigslist for a Customer Service Rep at a Flushing Queens NY location and in the body of the e-mail they claim they found my resume on Careerbuilder. I tried searching for more info but couldn't find any.

As a Distribution Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Track and receive company's goods delivered to your doorstep by USPS, FedEx and UPS during business hours;
Process the merchandises by visually inspecting them and preparing for the reshipment to its designated team members or customers;
Send packages via an appropriate courier service as instructed by the supervisor within 12 hours of its delivery to claim your bonus;
Ensure uninterrupted communication channel with company's representatives via phone, emails and control panel/virtual workplace.
Print prepaid shipping labels purchased by the company for packages and take pictures (scan) of receipts issued by the courier services.
