I read a thoroughly attached contract and sent in my signature of acceptance along with a copy of Driver's License. Fortunately, I have an active security alert on my account, so no worries there.

After about a week a was assigned a Supervisor Ms. Patty Collins. She communicated with me via email and their established Task Panel Website at https://member.arionforwardingllc.com/login.php. Through email and the panel, I could see what packages were coming with tracking, the content, and whose name would appear on the package. I then would do my quality inspection by taking a picture, uploading it, and making a brief statement of the condition. Between hours and sometimes days, a shipping label would be available under the portal for me to ship via USPS or UPS and take another picture to confirm receipt of shipment and upload. It is then that the task would be complete. Unfortunately, before reading this and other scams about repackaging, I have sent the merchandise as directed by Ms. Collins. This included boxes of new shoes, Apple I pads, camcorders, shirts, etc. My total shipments have been 16 out of 17 total tasks and oh how I wish I can go back and not have sent the first package. However, I have reported them to the USPS fraud department, IC3, BIzapedia, which shows they have a license number registered as L15000090678 and a base office out of Fort Lauderdale. For more information on that click this link http://www.bizapedia.com/fl/ARION-FORWARDING-LLC.html . They have used other legit companies to appear legit. My further actions include contacting the BBB, my local police office, FedEx, and UPS.

I don't know if I will also have to face consequences, but I am glad that I caught this sooner rather than later and will do my best to right my wrongs in this scam.

Again, thank you!

Just to put the icing on the cake, I called the so-called building at 5900 North Andrews Ave., Fort Lauderdale,Florida 33309 ( by the way and awkwardly with suite number listed) and spoke with a representative in the main lobby whose said they have never heard of Arion Forwarding Services LLC in their building...didn't have a clue what I was talking about. That number is 954-331-5100 if you too want to verify.

Also, this the response I received from Tyler James when he found that I found him out...a typical response to fight his case. It was as follows..

Hello Christin,

We are legit, so yes - it means nothing. But our employees can find your abuse on a website and steal/return/hold products thinking, that we are scam. Later people will find out, that we are a good company, but there will be plenty of problems with products as a result.
We are registered and legit, that is very easy to check using our credentials. Why don't you, people, think before doing something? Did you just wake up in the morning and decided that we're scam? Are you okay? Reshipping scammers do not have certificates and license, do not sign contracts, do not pay taxes, do not rent offices, do not have even phone numbers, faxes. You can't even imagine, what the reshipping scam is and how bad guys get people involved into money laundering and countless problems. We pay for products, pay for shipping, offer good conditions and benefits. Do you really think, that we're scam?
I am longer working with you. Thank you for everything. Your HR manager will contact you to terminate the agreement. And He will definitely ask to send documents in order to verify, that you really sent packages back and not keeping them at your place or whatsoever.

Good luck!

By the way, he is the HR Manager, but he probably forgot because he is also the merchandise handler, coordinator, and phone operator of the business too.

One piece of evidence that came to me just yesterday was mail from Synchrony Bank showing that one of the poor victims had opened up a PayPal account and changed her address from a address in California to my physical address...smh! I looked her up and called to inform her that she was a victim of fraud...a 65 year old still employed lady. I hate people like this ! A :o lso, a new Bank of America Business Debit Card came again with my physical address on it in someone else's name. So, who do you think the cops will get when they start looking at this? Exactl! Please do not fall for this scam
! :bondage:

Please do not confront scammers with evidence. Do not point scammers to postings here or on other anti-scam sites. Just disappear and act to them as if you were dead.

Thank you Vanpaso, but he found this himself I'm guessing when I failed to respond to his phone calls and emails. I have not communicated since I found out. I have disappeared.

What country are you in? How did you get the package, by mail, UPS, Fedex, or what? Go to the police and explain that you are a victim of a scam, so that they don't consider you an accomplice. Bring the emails as evidence.

arionforwardingllc has been dead since the 24th of July. Does Tyler have a new site?

Dear Colleagues and Partners!

We have recently faced disappointing situation with one of our employees. Being on the probation, this person disappeared with our products and started publishing inveracious information about our company on different websites. This person is still posting confidential information in the Internet and it taints the image of our company and damages our credibility. As a result our website has been under attack and we were forced to move it to another domain. Our customer support representatives are individually bringing to your notice new credentials to access the corporate website.

We earnestly ask you not to share any information about the company to prevent any further information disclosure. This information is confidential and its disclosure to the third party is a subject to legal prosecution.

The company is investigating this situation and we strongly recommend you to waive off contacting people, pretending to be a victim of our company, pretending to represent our company or pretending to investigate our company. Do not give out any of your personal information. Bear in mind, that scammers can hold themselves out as whosoever. People of this kind may sound convincing. Please, be vigilant!

Thank you for understanding and we appreciate your loyalty!
