They have opened an agency in Mauritius and boosting likes on facebook. They do not have a license from the ministry of education and they are not recognized by ICCRC as well.

Many people are victim of the agency.

As for the part where you mentioned that many people has lose their money already we would be more than happy to know who they are as to our knowledge not a single person has been a victim.

On the contrary we are being the victim of harassment over the phone with many blank calls, removing our banderols, publishing posts which are not relevant to the actual situation and profaning our image.

We have noted the fear behind these actions and the lack of competitiveness from other parties who are perceiving us as a threat to their good running. Rest assured we are working in an ethical and professional way and we really would appreciate if all the other parties would be working as same.

As for the office in Canada, you were right, google is not really helpful at times in term of accurate locations, coming in person to Canada and checking it out would have been wiser.

According to the link you give, "Artemus Consultants Ltd" became authorised to recruit students for a period of 2 years from 24 September 2015, so at the time that the OP made his post a month earlier, they were not authorised. So his post is factually correct.
