This company, claiming to be located in Brighton, looks legitimate at first sight and has lots of characteristics of a legitimate company. However, seeing how certain points on their site are inaccurate and that the company is not listed in Companieshouse UK it is strongly advised to steer clear from them and not to trust them with you personal data/money.

Update: this gang have set up a second site where they claim to be ACIS Construction. If you are contacted by these people and even have the slightest doubt that it might be real, do not hesitate to contact me!

Apparently this group has come back alive under then name Acroft Construction Ltd. Just like the previous incarnations this is a job scam and you might run into their adverts here and there. Their site is subject of investigation and will be closed down. Do NOT communicate with these people. If you need more information and/or think you are communicating with scammers do not hesitate to contact me.

Looking at the increasing number of emails being sent I can only conclude that this group of criminals is working at full force now. Their main angle is the visa scam: they will appoint a (fake) lawyer who will take care of your visa, but some fees are asked to do that. It is impossible for someone to arrange a visa for you - you need to apply for one, yourself, with your actual proof of ID and not a copy. Anybody claiming the opposite is lieing. Don't pay anyone, especially in a different country, who claims he can arrange a visa for you.

I have received 2 mails from people in contact with these scammers, if you have more please post them (but remove your personal details)

All relevant documents including the mentioned ones are being compiled and shall be forwarded to Atty. Lex Kleinfeld within 48 hours. Kindly let us know what you decide within 48 hours.

Please find attached forms and other requirements needed for your UK Visa Application documentation. Once you return the forms and the rest of the requirements including the processing fee, then we will submit them at the Home Office for your Visa Approval. Processing of documentation is three (3) business days maximum.


Visa Application Requirements:


1. Scanned copy of the data page of your valid International Passport or Travel Document.

2. Scanned copies of your Educational Certificates and International English Language Testing System Certificate - IELTS or its equivalent (if any).

3. Scanned copy of your recent passport sized photograph.
Please note - photographs should measure 45mm x 35mm and be:
in colour taken against a white background;
clear and of good quality and not framed or backed;
printed on normal photographic paper;
full face and without sunglasses, hat or head covering (unless it is worn for cultural or religious reasons but the face must not be covered).
4. Biometric Details. (biometric details are scan of all 10 fingers. Make use of the attached biometric details form)

5. PBS migrant Application Form (VAF9). (download the attached vaf9 form, fill only those fields that applies to your circumstances and leave the rest intact. Fill Part 2,3,4,5a,6,7,8)

6. PBS Appendix 5. (download the attached PBS Appendix 5 form. Here is the page 6 and you are required to append only your signature here.

7. Letter of Suppport for Accomodation and Maintenance. (This will be provided by your Employer).

8. Certificate of Sponsorship and Work Permit. (This will be provided by your your Employer)

9. Police Report (Certificate of Good Conduct) and Medical History Certificate (if any).

10. Processing Fee: GBP £485 (VAT incl.) (This will be provided by the employee. Request for our Bank Account details for payment).

the company ACROFT construction does not exist. The attorney Lex Kleinfeld does not exist. The sites they have are fake and are being investigated by government offices as we speak. Do NOT send them anything about yourself, and certainly don't pay them anything. They ony tell lies.
