It's a scam. The domain conocophillipsmy.com has nothing to do with the legitimate company and the legitimate company would not be hiring through an "online interview". You can see at the REAL Conoco website that they are not hiring in Malaysia: http://careers.conocophillips.com/en/ and that the scammer is using the real company's name to scam you. Do not reply to anymore emails from them and ignore them.

Kindly please check if this is a spam, I saw some scams under the name Barbara cole who has a dad named Mr. Norman cole who left her a huge amount of inheritance. Thank you.

My name is NORMAN COLE and i am currently working and living here in london with my lovely family,we are family of four in numbers which is my wife,myself and my two lovely kids.I am in need of a honest au pair/Nanny to take care of my kids whenever me and my wife are off to work,also we need a house keeper to take care of our home and we need the service of a private nurse,security guard,chef and driver in our home too.My kids are easy going and relaxed, they would enjoy someone with lots of energy and enthusiasm.Having English as a first language is not required.Interested applicants from other countries are free to apply for the job and also they will be required to relocate down to london for the job.I shall discuss travel arrangements with applicants during the course of of conversation.

By the end of the first line I knew it's a scam. He's in West Africa (it's obvious from his writing), he claims to be in London, therefore he's a liar.
