Company Representative scams, Payment Processing scams and other Employment scams.

So here we are, i'm italian, i'm graduated and i'm a cook. i was looking for jobs and i found an interesting job in Canada but a friend of mine, wich is more expert, told me that the job is probably scam. They ask my for my cv first than they ask me some questions. I'll copy the mails here:

1st: Tim Terciera ([email protected])

We received your application for the job that we are currently offering in our hotel here in Toronto, Canada .

We have reviewed your CV with satisfaction however, As procedure required, We will like to know some personal information about you which will help us in dictating if you will be a good and honest person, though personal skills will be the key of your success and eventually the company success.

- Have you traveled to abroad before?
- Are you a smoker?.
- Are you addicted to drugs?
- Do you have any criminal records back in your country that can hinder you from traveling?

It's important that we know the require information's and answers from you for proceedings.
We need honest, respectful, and obedient workers so if you know and believe that you measure up to these qualities then do well to get back to me as soon as possible with the answer because the job opportunity is urgent.

Hello GpsHgt and welcome to Scamwarners,

Your friend is correct, the email is a scam. The real hotel would not be using a free gmail account to correspond with potential employees.
The best thing to do now is to stop all communication with this thief. If you have any additional questions please ask.

It is ALWAYS a scam
If the pet seller or shipper asks for money to be sent via Western Union, Money Gram, any brand of gift card. Walmart To Walmart , Zelle , PayPal friends and family option, or mentions Cameroon

The scammer is obviously African as his writing shows, probably in Cameroon since he mentions that country.

Fortunately i've recived 2 proposal at the same time, and the second one was a real job...and the two e-mail are WAY TOO DIFERENT. Also the second one call me too and asked me question about the job without even asking me personal info...so thanks guys, my fault!
