SCAM? - Confidential Partnership Form‏ (Email Header)

I received the below email from 'Gyo Sagara ([email protected])' yesterday and think it's a scam, however would like confirmation that it is actually a scam...

Thank you for your mail. Please see attachment for more details and provide us with the information needed for your accreditation. As we would also require you to read this document carefully and understand the details therein.

Also, if you wish to learn more about our company kindly visit: ONO PHARMACEUTICALS CO, LTD Please be aware that all North America Representative are to fill the form attached and return for processing. Do not hesitate to get back to us should you need any assistance with regards to your roles as a representative of the Company.

Ono Pharmaceutical is based in Japan. Any Japanese company looking for North American representatives would use its own domain. There's a word usage typical of West Africans and not, as far as I know, of Japanese in the email. So it's a scam.
