I am Engineer graduate from India posted Ad as "situation Wanted" on http://www.expatriates.com . In few days time i got a email from TOKE OIL AND GAS COMPANY <www.tokeoilandgas.org> . A HR of the company mailed me in Response of the ad i posted. Mail sent by the HR is as follows.

I answered them their questions and posted it back to their ID. i have asked them to call me so that we could have a detailed discussion. In return i got the offer letter which had to be signed and submitted along with the Anti- terrorist certificate. they have also told me to contact to person who may charge me for the anti-terrorist certificate . following is their cover letter along with offer letter. Let me remind you they have quoted 5500$ as salary.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

After the evaluation of these documents, we found you qualified to work with our Team Hence, TOKE OIL AND GAS seek to employ your services as an expatriate consultant for the provision of expatriate services as stipulated in the following acts in this document. JOB TITLE/UNIT: Mechanical Engineer
PROBATION
The employee is appointed on a probationary basis for a period of six (6) months. During the first four weeks of employment, notice of termination shall be 24 hours either way, and thereafter notice shall be one calendar month.
Upon the successful completion of the probationary period, the employee will become a permanent employee.
During the probation period, the employee will be assessed as to their ability to perform the job requirements.
The employee will also be assessed as to their ability to work in harmony with fellow employees, to get on with clients, students etc, apply themselves diligently to their duties without any supervision and to generally fit into the Toke Oil And Gas work practices and culture.
In the event of the employee not performing to the required standard, this will be brought to the attention of the employee and where appropriate assistance and guidance will be given to overcome these obstacles.
Should the employee fail to meet the required standards of performance or behavior their appointment will be terminate at the end of the probation period or sooner in the event of such failure necessitating earlier termination or dismissal.
During the probation period, all Toke Oil and Gas rules, procedures and regulations will apply with the exception of those, which are affected by the probationary period.
HOURS OF WORK
Your normal working hours are from 08h30 to 17h00 from Monday to Fridays.
JOB CONTRACT DURATION
Three years, renewable / permanent staff.
SCOPE OF WORK SHALL INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Devote all your time and attention during normal business working hours and such reasonable amount of additional time as may be necessary on an unpaid basis having regard to the exigencies of the assignments of the TOKE OIL AND GAS to the business and affairs of the TOKE OIL AND GAS.
You shall not devote any time or attention during normal working hours to any other concern or business without the previous written consent of the TOKE OIL AND GAS having been obtained.
At all times faithfully, promptly and punctually carry out and perform all your duties as may confirm with your position or with such duties or functions that may be delegated or assigned to you on behalf of the Directors or by your superior.
Generally use your best endeavors properly to conduct, improve, extend, develop and protect the business and interest of the TOKE OIL AND GAS in order to preserve its reputation and goodwill.
Submit to the Directors or your immediate superior such information as may be required in connection with the business or affairs of the TOKE OIL AND GAS, and prepare such report in such form as may be required by the Directors or by your immediate superior.
Not during the currency of your engagement or at any time thereafter, whether for your own benefit or that of other directly or indirectly, make use or avail yourself of, or derive profits from or divulge or communicate to any person or persons (save as may be necessary for the performance of your obligations in terms hereof), confidential information or knowledge (including but not limited to the TOKE OIL AND GAS secrets, business processes, trade connections, clients, client lists, marketing techniques, financial affairs and dealings) in relation to the business or affairs of the TOKE OIL AND GAS which you shall or may have acquired by your association with the business of the TOKE OIL AND GAS or its subsidiaries or associates.
Remain faithful to the TOKE OIL AND GAS in the performance of your duties.
JOB COMMENCEMENT/ LOCATION
The work Location will be within the TOKE OIL AND GAS. Further details included in your hard copy. You are to report immediately to the HR Manager upon arrival to conclude prospects of screening and other logistics.
SALARY INDICATION
You will be eligible to receive 5,500 $ (Five Thousand Five Hundred USD Only) –Basic (After tax) Monthly. Salary can be transferred to any Bank designated by you in America or abroad.
RESUMPTION DATE: 20th January 2016 (Could be extended on application)
ANNUAL LEAVE
You will be entitled to 30 (thirty) working days leave per annum. Leave must be taken at such time or times as are convenient to the TOKE OIL AND GAS. Leave not taken when it is due, otherwise the insistence of the Company, may/not be accumulated.
DOCUMENTS PROCESSING WORK/RESIDENCE PERMIT VISA.
We shall procure the employee work/permit visa to work here in toke oil and gas, and your travel airfare both return ticket will be issued to you once you’re selected as a member of this team in toke oil and gas company.
The Employee is requested to contact the below office who shall be responsible for the processing of employee Anti terrorist certificate (ATC) and (FLC) registration of your employment labour Card which you will forward it to us for Verification and authentic confirmation before the company will approve you as the legitimacy to work with your total ability .
Hence any expenses incurred during this process shall be refunded to the candidate after 5 working days of concluding all Immigration arrangement.

I started to doubt the offer letter since it requested for Anti-terrorist certificate. i have asked few queries regarding offer letter and many more. for which they havent replied. anyways guys please dont pay attention to such mail from TOKE OIL AND GAS COMPANY.
