anyone please help. i receive an email from a company that telling me that i need to download this software. i just want to know if they are just a scammer.

No legitimate job will require you to pay for and download specific software. If you need something to enable you to do your job then your employer will provide it for you.

The website is fake and the software does not exist, the scammer just wants you to pay so that he can steal the money.

Please post the details of the scammer that sent you to the website (his email address and the emails that he sent you), so that other victims can find the details.

From a report of a previous site:

+ The scam is that job seekers reply to emailed job offers and are then told to buy inventory software from this or a similar site using non-traceable means, (“Only order's payment made by CashU, Western Union or Money Gram are acceptable”) so the cash just disappears. You can the approach here: http://www.scamdex.com/ScamTipReports/22360 . The email below asks money to be sent by Western Union to Pakistan.

+ The untraceable payment method is described here: http://cudasoft.net/buy.html . The mangled word "compCudats" resulted from find-replacing on the scammers' previous site Lain Soft.

+ This is just the latest in a long line (35+) of identical sites. The site uses a known fraud template. You can see an earlier instance at viewtopic.php?f=34&t=88920 and you can see the recruitment process at viewtopic.php?f=34&t=94398.

+ The description of their software here: http://cudasoft.net/tamplate.html has been copied from KCSI here: http://www.simmssoftware.com/inventory- ... mmary.aspx . Note the mangled word "funCudatal", which resulted from find-replacing on the scammers' previous site Damen Soft, and "impCudaentation", which implies that there was a Lem Soft.

+ Their privacy statement http://cudasoft.net/privacy.html has been copied from elsewhere because it says, "Note: Stilo International does not read any of your private online communications." There must have been a Lec Soft to explain the mangled word "colCudats".
