It sounds like one of those dodgy companies that charge legitimate businesses to appear in worthless directories.

No, it is actually a real Quality Assurance Accreditation company - but no one other than the UK Financial Conduct Authority certifies escrow companies.

The certificate is a fake and the fake company is now listed on QA's website here: http://www.qaicl.co.uk/company-news/

Certificate Validation

Every Certificate of registration issued by QA International can be easily validated for purchasing organisations at our Online Validations Page or by return E-Mail. Simply send details of Certificate Number / Company Name and Scope of Supply, and QA International staff will be happy to confirm if the Registration Certificate is valid for the Company concerned. The online service is constantly available and is updated weekly. The email service is usually available Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 17:00.
