I want to congratulate you on your appointment. You will receive a phone call from my office to confirm this soonest, I wish to inform you that we have gone through signed agreement, we are satisfied working with you in our company.

However, according to your resume, your work experiences are quite exciting. And now your eligibility to work in our company has been confirmed in the office by the Company's Management. So you are expected to get all your travelling documents ready with you through the assistance of the instructed UAE Immigration Attaché who is working with our High Commission in India. You can bring your family along but not more than 5 members will be allowed.

Note: That the entire traveling documents and formalities required by you should be obtained from the UAE High Commission in your Country, according to the UAE Immigration Service and our companies policy. Your file will be opened through the office of the UAE Attaché in the UAE Embassy on your behalf to fasten up your visa process as soon as you meet the Embassy demand by registering with them.

We have agreed that all the cost of the visa should be paid by you, that is in accordance to the Contract Agreement Letter. Moreover, the Company Management shall send your Flight Ticket when your visa is ready and the housing accommodation has been provided to you. Although, the cost of visa expenses encored on the cause of procuring your papers shall be reimbursed within couple of days of your arrival in the company. Attached to this mail is your Appointment Letter.

You will be given a 2 week familiarization course before you proceed with your appointment. Work guidelines’ will also be provided.

Your monthly starting salary is 27,547.50 AED and your first increase will be from 6 months of resuming your duty. Award is available for those who show extra concern for their duty.

You have to contact the below person representing a higher percentage of expatriate status employee with relations to this procedure email copy of your appointment letter to the embassy.

SUB: APPOINTMENT LETTER

With reference to your application and the subsequent interview you had with us, we are pleased to appoint you as “Manager - Accounts” in our organization with effect from 29th February 2016. You are hereby directed to join the company on or before 29th February 2016 in our Dhabi office in UAE. You will be on probation for two weeks then you will become our permanent employee if found to be of a good behavior by observing company rules and regulations.

There will be performance review after every six months and salary revision once a year.

PAID LEAVE PERIOD/ TRAVEL

* You are entitled to 28 days Paid Leave which can be taken once at a time or 2weeks apart from one different period.
* You will receive AED 24,881.61 take home for each leave Period.
* Employer shall also take care of employees' travel ticket including that of employees' Family only on employee's early notification to employer and as shall be requested by Employee.

You have to work for 50 hours per week. You will get overtime benefit if you work for more hours as stipulated time. The leave policy and other polices of the company are enclosed in Terms and Conditions Document.

You are required to take responsibility for your visa processing and inform the company to pay for your flight ticket after the approval of your visa. The visa cost will be refunded to you as soon as you resume duty in UAE in line with the Company policy on international applicants. You are expected to give us progress update on your visa processing between now and 7days after receiving this appointment letter. This Appointment letter will be revoked if you are unable to secure your traveling documents and Visa before the date you are expected to resume duty. You are required to sign on this letter and submit a copy of this letter of appointment as a token of your acceptance of our terms and conditions and also send the copy via email to the Immigration Advisory to enable him give urgent consideration on your visa procurement.
