Responsibilities:

Transfers the contents of a few packages into one single package to cut costs on shipping overseas
Receives detailed instructions on repackaging, based on customers’ preferences, through a web application
Files customs declarations for international shipping, receives necessary information from the delivery service, and tracks orders
Inspects goods to ensure they comply with the customer’s requirements and do not have any defects. If any defects are found, he/she informs the customer
The employee scans and prints documents, sends faxes, photographs products and uploads these pictures, sharing them on web applications. Also, the employee scans and prints accompanying documents and business correspondence.

Full time: from 9am to 11.30am and 12.00pm to 5pm

Works with advertising catalogs and advertising materials, receives and sends promotional materials: brand clothing, cosmetics and perfume, and sportswear and gear

Receives necessary instructions, uploads and downloads documents, and uses web applications, working together with other employees and informing them about his/her progress on projects in a timely fashion
Inspects goods to ensure they comply with the customer’s requirements and do not have any defects. If any defects are found, he/she informs the customer
Promotes customers’ advertisements, stimulates sales, and takes part in advertisement campaigns
