Definitely a scam!! They seem to just want to collect your information. I have done quite a bit of research on this company, including speaking to some companies they 'have' seminars with. No one has heard of them and they are not booked for any seminars. Do not follow through with their process.

Do you have any more information? I've received the employment forms and received a call saying I start tomorrow, is this 100% a scam?
by Tim Atem Mon Mar 07, 2016 9:18 pm
If it's through the above website, then yes, 100% scam. Please post some of the emails between you and the "employer" (with your personal information removed) so that we can advise further.

I put in a resume for a company called FLES or Future Leadership Exchange Services
Without talking to them or interviewing with them, I received an email a couple of weeks later offering me a job as Senior Event Coordinator.
The offer was detailed at how much you would make per hour and benefits.
But when I tried to call them, it went into voicemail.
I left a message and I sent a text.
2 days later I sent a response email saying I am interested.
Again, without talking to them, they sent this job application looking for more detail information about myself and references.
I sent them an email asking them to call me as I had questions.
No response and no call back.
I Googled the 2 names on the documents, but there are no such people Edward Newman and Robert St. Amour in Google or Linkedin.
I street Googled the address they have advertised and there is no building at that given address.
Website is http://futureleadersexchanges.com

Definitely a scam.
here is one of the emails they sent me.
As mentioned. They sent me a job offer without talking to me. Even the text font they use is suspicious.

Here are the emails, he also requested I download Telegram messenger and start an assignment (presentation). At this point I am not sure whether this is an elaborate scam, or if it is simply a shady job. Any insight would be appreciated:

Subject: Welcome to Future Leaders Exchange Services Team

Dear -

Thank you for expressing your interest in employment opportunities with Future Leaders Exchange Services. We strive to be an excellent workplace and are pleased that you would like to join our team. Enjoy your first working day!

Today you will be creating a winning presentation describing the area you are living. It might be your city or province, you decide! We want it to be impressive for foreign students and get the idea how great it is to visit Canada or study in Canada.

How to make a presentation?

The foundation of every presentation should be a clear statement of the goal of the presentation. While I am sure you would agree with this, stating a clear goal is much harder than it seems.

Make your presentation goals achievable with these simple presentation tips:

- Describe your area, mentioning the opportunities for students.
- Include information for the most famous sightseeing, libraries, museums, squares etc.
- Embrace as much sights of your city or province as possible.
- Include the information about the public transportation to that places.
- Length 25-30 pages ( slides ) you can create more than 30 pages if needed, it's up to you.

Audience: Remember, our audience is youth that should be interested to visit Canada. Reach out to the audience using Visual Aids. Include as much images as possible to make it more vivid and informative. Usually kids 14-18 years old.

This project will require a large amount of research, planning, and design. Plan your time wisely. If you have any questions, please feel free to e-mail me back with your questions or call me. However, remember to be professional. As always, you should e-mail me with questions; but know that I will not be available to remedy problems immediately before the assignment is due. Make sure you plan enough time to complete the assignment and upload the file correctly.

The presentation should be done in MS Power point or PDF (acrobat reader)

DUE DATE: Friday, 11 March 2016 before 5 PM ( Atlantic Time Zone )

While you are working on your first assignment please give me a brief report on the following questions:

1) Do you have a printer? Is there a place nearby, where you can quickly print out documents.

2) How far from your house is the closest post office? Would you need any additional gas coverage to travel there?

You would need a printer to print out list of educational materials and reports

Thank you for considering a career with Future Leaders Exchange Services.
