Our shareholders are United Poultry Producers Incorporated and Maple Lodge Holding Corporation. United Poultry Producers Inc. is the farmers who supply Osiris Valley Poultry with their chicken and turkey. Maple Lodge Farms is a family owned business and the largest privately owned poultry company in Canada. We are located in the town of Montreal in the beautiful and pristine Osiris Valley, Montreal Quebec. The community is known for its agricultural roots and supplies the world with fruits, vegetables, wine, chicken and turkey. Osiris Valley Poultry employs over 260 people from the local community. Title: Poultry Farm labourer - in processing unit (NOC: 8431)

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: CAD $26 Hourly, 9AM-6PM (Mon-Sat), Medical Benefits

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: Montreal, Quebec (14 vacancies )


Skill Requirements:

Education: Some high school

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not applicable

Experience: Experience an asset

Type of Farm Operations: Poultry and egg production

Specific Skills: Feed and tend animals, Clean stables, barns, barnyards and pens

Type of Automated Systems Experience: Feeding and watering, Egg gathering equipment

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Repetitive tasks,
Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Standing for extended periods, Walking,
Bending, crouching, kneeling
