POSITION: FORWARDING AGENT
PRINCIPAL DUTY:
Your job will consist of pick-up packages at FedEx or UPS Service Center, checking the contents and further shipping. For this job you must be accessible by phone at all time. You need to do each new task as soon as possible once you get the information about it.
Coordinate mailings and deliveries (letters and packages from/to our customers).
Run general paperwork and records.
Run calculations.
Complete weekly and end-of-month reviews to assure results are monitored.

Requirements:
Excellent communication and teambuilding skills
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
Good typing, data entry, and computer skills
Must be accessible by phone at all time
Must have home PC and internet connection

Experience:
