You absolutely need to contact the passport agency and advise them that your passport has been compromised, so they can re-issue you another one.You should also contact the embassy where you obtained your visa, and advise them of the same thing.
Explain to them the circumstances, and follow any advice they give to you as to what other agency's they may want you to file a report with.
