Our company specializes on providing customers with financial and legal services. The Company aims at enhancing corporate performance and competency using well-thought solutions and combining systems, people and processes for matching individual requirements and needs of clients. A great opportunity to join the finance team at a growing local business. We offer home-based job. Experience not required. Reporting to this position and working in a busy team, day to day duties will include: • Production of purchase orders in a timely manner. • Daily posting of supplier invoicing after obtaining the appropriate authorisation from budget holders and filing invoices accordingly. • Preparing supplier payment runs and reconciling supplier statements. • Sending out remittance advices. • Posting staff cash and credit card expense forms to the accounts system on a monthly basis. • Process petty cash vouchers. • Dealing with supplier queries via telephone, emails and resolving queries promptly. • Setting up and maintaining suppliers accounts. • Confirming supplier bank detail. • Daily posting of payments to the financial system. • Bank reconciliations. • Bank transfers between Accounts. • Supporting external audits. • Ad Hoc reports and tasks as required. About you: • Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with employees and external agencies. • Strong organisational skills and ability to work flexibly. • Good MS Office skills. • Numerate with good attention to detail. • Comfortable with IT applications. • Familiarity with operating a multi-currency environment. • Confident telephone manner. • Good organisational skills and able to work to deadlines. • Positive “can do” attitude. • Willingness to learn. • Happy to challenge the status quo and identify opportunities for improvement.
