I've been in contact with this company, Malmac Innovations, for about a week now. They reached out to me with a job offer that would allow me to work from home and they have asked me to sign a contract and to send over a photo ID. Of course, I wouldn't think of myself as naive to fall for this but I guess I would just like another opinion. I've copied and pasted their emails exactly so, what do you guys think?
This is the labour agreement they've asked me to sign.

Taking Minutes for meetings as needed.

LABOR AGREEMENT FOR MALMAC INNOVATION.
I, ________________ agree that I am engaging in contract labor with Malmac Innovations. I understand that I am not entitled to any employee benefits from Malmac Innovations. I am responsible for my own health insurance and liability insurance at all time. I understand if for any reason any part of this agreement will be deemed invalid, all other parts remain in force. I understand that this agreement can not be cancelled without informing Senior HR Staff with their right to cancel this agreement in 10-day period.
This agreement is valid only during trial period (10 days).
After trial period you can make a choice continue to work with us and sign long-term contract or quit.
1.1. This agreement comes into force as soon as both sides (The employer and employee) sign it.
1.2. This agreement can be terminated by the agreement of both sides.
1.3. The probation period set by the company is 10 business days.
2.1. The employer hires the employee on and sets him his main duties:
• Market monitoring
• Realization of customer orders
• Collect information about the client/customer
• Personnel handling (search for qualified staff)
• Incoming outgoing calls, sms
• Holding an exact record of all the transactions that the employee does.
2.2. The employer may change the main duties of the employee notifying him about the changes.
Wages
3.1. The employer sets the employee a precise remuneration ($69,680.00/yearly) for Full-time position.
3.2. The employer sets the employee a precise remuneration ($34,840.00/yearly) for Part-time position.
3.3. The employer takes the responsibility of discharging it by parts, which will be transferred to the bank account or credit/debit card of the employee.
Working hours
4.1. The amount of working hours are 45 hours/25 hours per week.
4.2. Working time starts at 8 AM and finish at 5 PM for Full-time position.
4.3. Working time starts at any convenient time for employee at least 4-5 hours per day for Part-time position.
5.1. During Trial period employee will have holidays for 2 days.
6.1 The employee can perform his duties with preservation of wages up to the date of termination of the employment relationship with the employer, but without the payment of the grant.
7.1 The employment agreement supersedes any prior agreements between the employer and any of his officers or employees.
8.1 Any disputes or controversies arising between the employer and employee relating to this agreement or violation of his claims must be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Ministry of Labour.
9.1. Any of oral changes are not legitimate.
9.2. All changes of this agreement must be sent by written notice to both parties.
