Titanic Hotel and Rum Warehouse Conference Centre:
Titanic Hotel is part of the redevelopment of the historic Stanley Dock complex. It is located in what was the North Warehouse. The North Warehouse was built in 1846 and finished in 1854 and has been derelict for a number of years. Part of the North Warehouse was damaged in an air raid in World War 11. The Rum Warehouse which is attached to the North Warehouse and built in the 1950’s, has become a major new conference, banqueting and exhibition venue for 21st century Liverpool.

Applicants processing fee/work permit document have to paid by applicants, the management has come to conclusion that each and every applicant is required to pay for their documents to be processed , Note that if you are submitting your application interview form you are processing your work permit charges yourself. The management of the Hotel is going to take care of all your flight charges , free medicals, free meals, if you are employed. Employees are entitled to 1 months leave period, which can be taken once in a year. Employee will receive 2,500GBP take home for each leave period. You must notify the Company and/or your immediate supervisor as soon as possible .

We are satisfied with the caliber of your CV and your answers to our interview questions. Attached to this mail is a contract of Agreement cum Appointment Letter that you are expected to go through, sign and date at the bottom if you are satisfied with the terms of Contract. Thereafter you are to send us a copy of the signed Contract for the purpose of filing and other office protocols.
It should be noted that the Titanic Hotel will take care of the charges for your Visa, Flight Ticket, and other travel cost but work permit will be taken care of by the employee as stated in the contract, so in other for us to include your documents among the list of successful Employee and start processing your Accommodation, you are to Immediately contact the travel agency right away and begin with the processing of your Valid Work Permit that will allow you to work freely although your contract period.
This is in line with the UK Department that all expatriate coming in to work here in the United Kingdom Must have an Authorized Working Permit and a Contract from their employer. With this, we advised that you contact our Travelling Agency and pay your remittance to them immediately for all your Quota Approval Charges.
NOTE: Immediately we receive a confirmation from the Travel Agency that they have started with the processing of your Work Permit and have confirmed your payment; then we can commence with the Allocation Exercise of your Accommodation and get it ready before your resumption date.
Also be noted that First salary bonus Cheque can only be sent to employee's account as soon as all travel details are finished and their Accommodation furnished. This is because some employees take advantage of this fact and neglect their duties after receiving their first month advance salary.
Also be noted that your first month salary cannot be deducted for any reason as it is meant to be your relocation allowance, to help you get the basic things that you need before traveling down here to resume your duties. This is because we found out that most newly employees tend to seek for means of getting some of their basic/foreign needs weeks after resumption, and thereafter creating a medium for the management to provide for them. So we strongly advised that you get all your travel documents and accommodation complete so you can receive your first month salary to get all your Basic needs as soon as employee is ready to come to the United Kingdom. We also want to encourage you to read the contract carefully before signing.
We encourage you to contact the travel agent working with the Titanic Hotel right away so that you can get your Valid UK Work Permit and the rest of your Travel Documents ready in due time and you get to the United Kingdom before the date of your resumption. You are to contact Travelling Agency via mail sending attached copy of the signed contract of Agreement and Letter of Appointment to them also.
