I require a part time PA to help me monitor and keep up to date with of
all my activities as I have recently been promoted to the position of
General sales manager as I successfully had an overflow of sales last year
and knowing the market strategy I am imploring all skills and techniques
to see that I meet the needs of all my customers. Like the earlier parts
of selling, negotiation should start with understanding the customer. What
makes them thick? What would make them enthusiastic about buying? What's
the problem that they're trying to solve through buying from you? And how
much value do they attach to that?
I will mostly very often be getting my hands occupied, so it is
imperative for me to have a worthy assistant who can monitor and keep me
up to date with my activities, supervisions and monitoring.
*Scheduling programs, flights and keeping me up to date with them.
*Acting as an alternative telephone correspondence when I'm away.
*Making regular contacts and drop-offs on my behalf.
*Handling and monitoring some of my financial activities.
Become my personal assistant, you can enjoy the freedom of being your own
boss by starting your own business providing office assistant or personal
assistant services.
But instead of going into an employer's office to work, you will work
“virtually” from the comfort of your own home or another location of your
choice. You will have a flexible, financially rewarding business that
gives you the freedom to do work that you love.
If you ask any successful CEO or business owner how they got where they
are, if they’re honest, they’ll probably tell you that they could never
have done it without a fantastic administrative assistant and supportive
staff.
Unfortunately, many administrative assistants work tirelessly for years
in support of others, for little financial reward or appreciation. In
addition to working long hours, some workers spend countless hours
commuting to an office, dealing with office politics, and are never
fairly recognized for their contributions. They may even be thought of as
“just a secretary”, which is usually far from reality, and may not be
given the opportunity to grow in their career or to focus on those
aspects of the job that an employee truly enjoys.
If any of this sounds familiar, or if you are just seeking interesting
new challenges, higher pay, or more flexibility and freedom in your life
(or if you are concerned about your company's downsizing) you are the
right person for the job.
If you are still willing, I would like you to bring in an ID for
documentation and record purposes and i would also like to give you an
overview and discuss with you….Understanding each other would allow us to
fully evaluate our wants and needs.
Please let me know, at your earliest convenience, if you would be available.
Best wishes,
Mark Ford
