Teleperformance.com does exist.

Scammers will often use the names of real companies. However, they can not use the official email address nor phone number of the real company.

Update: Today 6/22/16 I received a $4750 check which was fedex'd to me at my home. I am 80% sure this is a scam, but, what are they hoping to get from me? The thing about this is that I've received email from the same email address claiming to be from different companies.

It is a scam.

You can give the mailer and fake check to Fedex along with your printed emails or you can give them to your banks fraud dept.

The scammer wants to steal your money. He wants you to deposit the fake check and transfer money to him via Western Union, Moneygram or bank transfer.

Your bank will inform you in days/weeks later of the fraud. Your bank account may be closed and you may be reported to law enforcement for a financial crime.
