I go to Upwork for freelancing jobs and someone contacted me (Mia Miles) with a work proposal. Didn't specify on the job description but then messaged me with the details saying:
"Hello and how are you today? I am writing to you to inform you that we would like you to perform a simple Data Entry Clerk/Customer Service, Accounting Clerk,Administrative Assistant, Payroll and Medical billing from home,Earn up-to $22per Hr. You are expected to contact the HR manager via Google hangout, to schedule an online job briefing session and subsequent interview. You are to addup this google hangout id([email protected]) Your verification code is ********, This would serve as your identification number throughout the online hiring process. We look forward to having you on the team.
NOTE: This job is outside upwork & Working tools will be required.

I was interested since I haven't had a legit offer like this in a while! I should've taken the grammatical errors from a "professional" as a red flag. I continued and messaged them through Google hangout and they responded immediately. The interview went a little something like this... just in case you get asked similar questions claiming they are from Alliance Medical Organization. Long story short, it was a FRAUD!

Good thing I didn't give out any of my bank details! Don't fall for it and question them. If they disappear or dodge your questions then that is a HUGE red flag, FLAG/REPORT/SPAM THEM... whatever you need to do to warn others as well.
