This Agreement entered into effect 29th July’16 between CAP CORP Ltd (Cap Recruiters), having its Corporate Office at 82 The Kingsway, 2230 Cronulla, Sydney, Australia (hereinafter called the „Company‟) and Mr <removed to protect privay> (herein after referred to as “Employee”) of the other part
I, <removed> agreed with below contents, terms and condition
1. Visa Sponsorship:
Company will sponsor Australia 457 Visa.
Employee need to deposit Rs. 2, 00,000 as a security deposit towards Govt and Attorney fee.
Cost of successful applications will be borne by Cap Recruiters and security deposit will be refunded after completion of 3 months.
In case, Cost of Unsuccessful applications, Employee will be receive the complete security deposit within 10-12 business days
2. Mutual Termination of agreement:
This Agreement may be amended or cancelled by mutual agreement of the parties (Company and employee) without the consent of any other person
Conditions:
Both Parties (Company and Employee) must be ready to amend or cancel the agreement
Termination/Resignation flow will be either Company to Employee or Employee to Company
Employee has to inform regarding voluntary resignation as mentioned in Offer of Employment. Resignation letter must be signed by the employee and it will be accepted after approval from management team.
3. Non-Mutual Termination:
The Employee for any reason leaves the services of the Company before the signed period of One year, then he/she shall forthwith pay cost but not limited to Visa Fee, Attorney fee, Travel & Logistics to the Company. The Employee undertakes not to dispute the amount, and shall pay the amount, before requesting for formal relieving order from the Company.
I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT BY SIGNING BELOW, I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL OF THE RULES, PROVISIONS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH ARE WRITTEN ABOVE IN THIS EMPLOTMENT BOND. COMPANY WILL NOT DISCLOSE THE DETAILS OF THE CLIENT, WORK LOCATION & VISA FILLING DETAILS UNTIL THE EMPLOYEE JOINS COMPANY.

I am writing to confirm Cap Corp Ltd (Cap recruiters), Australia offer of employment as <removed>
starting on <removed>. Your main place of work will be Sydney, Australia or such other location
as the company may reasonably require.

Your starting salary will be AUD 60,225.00 (inclusive of Superannuation) gross per year + Bonus
(performance based). This will be paid monthly directly into your chosen bank account. Your salary will
be reviewed annually around October each year. The Company reserves the right to make a decision
on any increase subject to any terms in salary which will be discussed during the regular appraisal
process. The company also may in its absolute discretion maintain your existing level of salary.



Your employment will be subject to a probationary period of 6 months during which your employment
may be terminated by Cap Recruiter, giving you 1 Months’ notice, or by you, giving Cap Recruiters 2
months’ notice in writing.



If you decide to resign from your post and terminate your employment with Cap Recruiter within a
period of less than a year from the start date as per your employment offer, then you would need to
reimburse the expense incurred by Cap Recruiter for your visa application, Attorney and your travel to
the Australia.



Your other terms of employment will apply to you as of the date of commencement of your
employment. Actual Employment agreement will be rolled out on the day of your employment in
Australia.
