I have a similar job offer that really looked impressive. I'm new to the sight and not sure how to post and all just yet. however, here is the copy and pasted email and other info. they sent me 4 attachments today:

Based on your Resume and background checks (common criminal and credit checks, education and employment history check, driving records check), you possess a combination of skills and experience that we are looking for. You were selected as preferred candidate from hiring process and we are pleased to offer you employment with our company.
Be advised, this offer of employment is a Conditional Employment Offer.
All new hired employees are required to fulfill certain criteria. Your first two weeks of employment will be considered as a probationary period. Probation is expressed as a term of the employment.
Enclosed please find the official employment letter(a pdf file with your name on it) for your consideration. It states the position title, salary, starting date, length of probation period and any special conditions of employment. Your employment starts from your original start date. Position flexible schedule allows you stay with your current job during two weeks time. This period is designed to ensure that you are ready to take a long relationships with company and your colleagues support you and help you to make a smooth transition into working for and with them.
There is no obligation to face to face meeting prior the appointment. If you are happy with the process and if you agree to start the job, email Us back your Acceptance as a complete copy of attached PayRoll form to verify the employment. This PayRoll form must be signed by the employee as an official documented acceptance of the offer prior to starting the job. Your first paycheck will be mailed to your home address. You may begin work after your payroll form has been submitted.
We are asking that you, the employee, contact us with Acceptance no later than August, 08th. If you prefer to decline the offer of employment, please let Us know.
