Essential Duties:
Promote and support stable relationships with local community bodies in the surrounding area in which the store operates. Serve as liaison providing feedback to Store Manager, District Manager and Coordinators on the input of Division merchandising and operational plans/programs. Assist the store manager in staffing, reducing turnover, increasing retention and store affairs. Give timely feedback to department heads and others on individual and department indicators. Help the administration of labor and supply daily costs to meet customer service and financial targets. Reach a satisfactory level of technical and professional knowledge or knowledge in position and/or related areas; stay tuned with current tendencies and trends in areas of expertise. Make sure associates and location corresponds to laws and regulation applicable to the firm.
