ATTENTION: <snipped>
The Directorate-General for Tax and Customs Policy Revenue of England via it's intelligence-monitoring network have discovered that Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London Hotel are about to remit some funds valued at £13,100.00GBP (Thirteen Thousand One Hundred British Pound Sterling) being proceeds as your relocation allowance on your employment without the payment of Non Residential Tax being a Non British resident. The parcel which is on transit and couriered by First Flight Couriers (Europe) Limited contains various immigration, employment documents and a certified cheque valued at the sum of £13,100.00GBP (Thirteen Thousand One Hundred British Pound Sterling) was intercepted at the Heathrow International Airport.
Non Residential Tax is the sole responsibility of the beneficiary. Income taxes are from sources which generally include direct federal tax, communal taxes, as well as, most of the time, church tax. As in the case of income tax, cantonal tax rates vary to a fairly large extent depending on the locality. Governmental tax scales for withholding tax and the corresponding regulations are available at the Government Tax Departments. The funds£13,100.00GBP (Thirteen Thousand One Hundred British Pound Sterling) with other valuable documents backing your employment are now on HOLD because we (Tax Investigation Service) noticed that you are not a British Citizen, so in this case, you will have to pay a Non-Residential Tax fee before the transfer of your funds will be allowed out of the shore of this country.
In accordance with British Tax System of Inland Revenue Ordination Decree 1997 section 51 of British Tax Legislation Law reviewed by the Prime Minister Tony Blair and Former State Secretary Helen Clarke of the Ministry of Finance, Revision of Tax 1999. I wish to bring to the notice of the governing board of Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London Hotel the consequence of remitting such huge amount of money outside the shores of this country without complying fully with the provision of the financial regulations and directives contained in section 51 of 1997 decree act which stipulates that for any amount ranging from £5,000.00GBP (Five Thousand Pound Sterling) and above the recipient must pay for tax accordingly. This will duly guarantee and cover the money as being legitimately acquired from the England.
By virtue of the powers conferred on us as the accredited board of Directorate-General for Tax and Customs Policy Revenue of the England and laundering agency in England solely responsible for issuing the certified Non-Residential Tax Clearance Certificate on foreign transfer compensation and remittance.
We therefore wish to clarify Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London Hotel and the Ministry of Justice that the beneficiary (<snipped>) of this fund must be advised to seek appropriate Non-Residential Tax Clearance Certificate upon the payment of the sum of £1,200.00GBP, otherwise the money will be impounded as laundered and all documents seized.
The fee for such clearance has been calculated inclusive of VAT and for immediate conclusion of all relevant bureaucratic procedures and accreditation, the payment must be made henceforth through our Accredited Account Officer co-ordinates via MoneyGram. You are required to send us the scan copy of you payment receipt as soon as you make the payment.
ACCOUNT OFFICER CO-ORDINATES
Odele Kamaru
Buckingham Palace, London SW1A 1AA, United Kingdom
Failure by the beneficiary (<snipped>) to abide to the lay down procedures and regulations, the remittance of the fund must be stopped with immediate effect. Therefore, Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London Hotel is hereby directed to stop further payment modalities of the above-mentioned beneficiary until a TAX CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE is issued for the transfer of the said funds. Please note that must be made via MoneyGram as payment not made via MoneyGram would not be received.
We would like to bring to your notice that failure to obtain your Non-Residential Tax Clearance Certificate, the money will be impounded as laundered, all documents seized and you will not be allow to enter or take employment again in the United Kingdom.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated co-operation.
Yours Sincerely,
Sir. Hector Parker (Esq.)
