dear Admin

kindly note the below stated online interview invite from the said company. i actually went ahead and did the interview and the company sent me a contract and an appointment letter. I signed and returned it and visa processing documents were sent to me. They are not asking for any money from but they require me to have a security deposit as an expert to work in turkey.

How do i know whether this is a real offer or a scam?

Regards

Damaris

It is a scam. No legitimate employer would hire based on just an online interview and using a free email address from engineer.com.

Stop all communications with them and ignore further emails from them. Do not tell them you know it's a scam and do not tell them you reported them here.

It's a scam, and I've seen it before: viewtopic.php?f=34&t=124890 . The email was written by an African, not a Turk.
