I noticed that the phone number +90 5314739822 is not listed on their official website: http://www.tpao.gov.tr/tp5/?tp=iletisim

I also have a thinking that why not their email add's domain should end with @tpao.gov.tr since the official website end with it.

It's a definite scam and both the company website and that of the travel agent are fake and recently registered apparently by individuals in Australia.

There is no job, the scammer just wants to steal the visa fees from you. The best thing to do is just block them and ignore any further messages. Don't accuse them of being scammers, they'll just deny it.
