I called the number and no one ever picks up also the address they have listed in Colorado is a virtual office anyone can rent a space there, its not a real office for the company. The strange thing is all these employment scam emails I keep getting are coming in the same email thread, why is that? They're not coming in on a new email but into old scam email threads , can anyone explain?

More than likely it means they're all coming through the same mail server so even though the email addresses are different, they're using the same account on the mail server.
