Company Representative scams, Payment Processing scams and other Employment scams.

Hey

I'm interested in working in the USA but the company I've discovered that can help seems kinda, sketchy and they're a bit expensive. I seen their ad in the papers, looked them up on Google maps and I've even called them but something just doesn't sit well with me. Is there any way any one can do to prove that this company is legit? I'm not sure how to verify them. I don't want to start sending them money and then suddenly they vanish.

They want me to sent them money before I can see an application form.

I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks for any help you can offer.

Hi Bryon

They're not the employers. They're like the middle men who are suppose to liaise with the employer, do the paper, set up dates and such.

Sure. The email address is [email protected]

I was in the process of copying and pasting the emails when I realised there is a non disclosure attachment at the bottom of their emails.

Based on what we spoke about over the phone was:

1.I'm guaranteed a job once I sign up.
2. Why on Google maps I saw a church in their location - they claim they're next door to the church.
3 Asked if they could prove they're a legit means that they are a real company - it didn't seem that way.
4. I saw their ad multiple times in the classifieds.

Hopefully this is enough. They also provide a odd file on the website with sketchy details. Plus I was able to find the exact replica of their website on wix.com. They hardly put any effort into I think.

Hope this all helps.

On a google street level view you can see a Barber Shop at that address

Hi Alan Jones and Bryon,

What exactly from the domain registrar you provided indicate that they are fake?
I'm not sure what I'm looking for.
by Terminator5 Wed Oct 19, 2016 1:16 am
I think the strongest indicators of fakeness are :

No New York business registration

Operating a legal services company and there are no attorneys listed on the site .
Leaving no way to run attorney licensing checks .

A June 2016 Google Street level photo shows a Barber Shop at that address.
