My husband received the same email and was a victim of this. I have over 50 pages of correspondence via email. This company hired my husband on a probationary period for 30 days as a Supply Chain Manager with a phone interview and employment contract. They sent him case studies to which he would be graded on. Once the 30 day probationary period was over and his grades were acceptable he would become a permanent employee for a new office that was opening near us. They asked him to do a special project because they needed to stock the office with computers. Gave him a bank account number which they said was a corporate account to link to our credit card to purchase Apple gift cards. They had him test the account to make sure if it was working paying off our balance with this account. They then instructed him to go to the Apple store buy the gift cards, give them the codes to them to prove they were purchased and when they were ready he would go back to the store and have the computers shipped to the new office. Well, long story short. He purchased $10,000 of computers, sent them the codes. I was doing some research on the company since I thought he was going to be employed by them and saw this on scamwarners and I almost died. My husband is a smart intelligent person and I can't believe this happened to us. My husband went back to the Apple store to try to return the gift cards which they were going to do until they scanned them and found out they were used. The paid purchases to the account bounced back to us and the bank wouldn't pay it. We went to the bank to report that we think this is a stolen bank account and they were no help and didn't seem to be concerned. We have filed a police report but they said they need proof of a crime and not only suspicion Our credit card company is trying to work with use but we need proof to show them we were a victim of this fraud.
We need help in proving that we were victims of fraud. Please help us if anyone has ideas on how to prove this. This is an elaborate scheme. We have pages of case studies that they sent to make it feel real.

The below link is to the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center. File the IC3 complaint form ASAP. The agent i I chatted with said an investigator will contact me sometime next. Moreover, since my transactions where charged to my Cap one card $3800, I explained what happened uploaded all the emails and documents of the scam my account will be reversed. I encourage you to talk with the credit card institution, since its fraud monies should be revered. Otherwise, I will keep you posted on my end as well. I'm so sorry that your family was bamboozled by
Switzerland's human refuse.

Could you post a few of the emails from the scammer? That would show what kind of scam it is and may convince the hoster and nameserver to shut it down. Headers may show where the scammer really is.
