Scam or not

I received an e-mail similar to one that someone else had posted about a work from home job with quest. Its a very long list please help.

The importance of the pre-training task is to make an assessment on how well an employee is able to follow instruction to the detail, given the default instruction source (To prove an effective worker: less detailed instruction does not deter how well task is carried out). This will show that the employee possesses the technical-know-how required for the position

What kind of job are they offering you? We need more information.

Please post the emails with your personal information removed.

If they are hiring you to process payments or repackage and ship items, it is a scam. No legitimate company needs employees to do those jobs for them.

They are offering a work from home data entry/administrative assistant position but the answers to the questions when I Google them this website showed up.

That's because the scammers are using a script that has been used before. A similar script can be found here:

The job is not real - they are looking for money mules. Please post the email addresses/phone numbers and the email with your personal information removed. This will help warn others.

I received the same email and went through a series of task to complete. I got so far that they sent me a check, that suppose to be a start-up check, however, I knew by this point it was a scam. I have the headers that you asked by not sure how much of it you need because it's pretty long. You can edit it if needed. I contacted Quest Diagnostic and informed them of the scam. They told me to report the incident to local authorities and they are handling it on their in. This scam is so big it should have made the news, people are being ripped off. This is the last correspondence I received from the scammers.
