I'm 100 % sure this is scam , the offer they provided is way too good to be true(£68000) . and I don't have any special skills I'm just a civil engineer with 2 years of experience .and suddenly the job is located in UK ( I don't think I have any chance to work in UK ever )

Job Description

Oakmere Property Management Ltd. specialise in delivering projects within the Hotel, Leisure, Entertainment, Commercial and Residential sectors. This is a permanent full-time role.

As a Commercial Administrator you will provide administration support to the Commercial team at both tender and contract stage.

Detail
You will be responsible for:

Co-ordinating commercial reports.
Preparing enquiry packs and collating tender information, as well as assisting with tender submissions.
Assisting with issuing letters and notices, as directed.
Producing and maintaining spreadsheets.
Logging and tracking contract documentation.
Liaising with the supply chain.
Assisting with the preparation and presentation of reports to the Board, when required.

Skills, Experience, Personal Qualities and Qualifications/Training:

Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred.
Excellent IT skills and able to use Microsoft Office packages.

Yes, they are fraud. I know someone who they tricked. They said he is hired for UK, and he needs to send through MoneyGram almost 800€, for what was supposed to be a deposit at an apartment. After this they asked money to send the original contract through courier. When the person said that he will personally go and take it, communication changed from formal, to rushed informal. When they did not even respond calls, it was clear it is a big fraud. They got in few days of bla bla lies, more than other make in a month of hard work.
