exploration and production of oil and gas in central Europe. With thick resource rich reservoirs

application of modern drilling and completion techniques.

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for Supports operations by supervising staff; planning,
organizing, and implementing administrative systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline
processes.
Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space.
Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other
business operations.
Manage schedules and deadlines.
Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to
budgetary constraints.
Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians).
Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.).

INTERVIEWS; Interviews for employees coming from other countries or state are Conducted

UNITED KINGDOM WORK PERMIT VISA: Furthermore, once considered for
employment, the employee shall complete all necessary procedures and formalities for obtaining

between the worker’s residence and his place of work exceeds 3 km, provide the worker with free
transport from the worker’s place of work to his residence and from the worker’s residence to his
place of work, or pay worker the equivalent of the return bus fare.
