This opportunity offers very good wage and commission. Lancst Estates is a freelance company in the real estate industry and are into buying and renting properties abroad. The company is growing rapidly despite been 6 months into its establishment.

Their business area is expanding and thus increasing the number of property units in their database. The construction of their website is ongoing and should be available very soon.

For these reasons, they are widening their network of real estate representatives or agent.

Your duties Duties in summary:

Receiving rent payments in cheques through post from UK tenants.
Process these payments for clearance at your bank.
Sending rent payments to Landlords after cheque has cleared.

Job Benefits:

10% commission from every cheque processed and cleared.
£1,000 Monthly and will be sent out within every 25-30 days from the day you start working.
Ability to have other full time or part time jobs and still keep this job without pressure.

You will receive up to five Rent payments weekly in amounts ranging from: £700- £2,000 after completing first task or processing first cheque to prove your competence.

Requirements:

Living in the UK.
Must be 18 years and above.
Your banking details are not needed but you must own a bank account to process these cheques.

The checks will be fake, but they will be good enough to fool the bank at first look. The bank will give you the cash, but then a few days, or even weeks later, when they discover the fakes, they will take the money back, and charge you fines for cashing fake checks (and you can even be arrested). If you have already sent the money, you have lost it all, and you will be in deep financial trouble, as well as possible legal trouble.

You can´t even imagine how helpfull are this websites.
I got this offer, from a nanny agenture.

The company "Arcia and Chloe Estates" doesn´t even exist. So I looked for Tamika Reina and the first link was this websites.

You are doing really good job.. Thank you. Hope the others will find this..

had to register just to comment and say THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
i knew the job sounded very dodgy but i almost felt once i had received the cheque i would get into more trouble if i didnt cash it... i was planning to do it tomorrow but thank god i decided to google tamika's name one more time!

Hello

I too recieved this email in response to a job application. How horrid to take advantage of those needing a job. Some people would do it without thinking, thanks to this website i've reported it and am feeling a little less bitter about the situation.

If you have not sent your banking details, don't worry. Just tell them you will not be working for them. If you receive a check from them, do not attempt to cash it. Tear it up, take it to the police, or write FAKE in large PERMANENT ink on it, and keep it as a tool to help educate others.

If you have given them banking details, contact your bank to find out whether other measures need to be taken.

yeahh thank you so much for your help.

No, i didnt send them any bank account, i sent only my basic infos with an attached CV as usual.
but i thought it wasnt possible to obtain a receptionist job without having an interview
so i tried google and i found this HELPFUL website!!!
