This scammer is looking for money mules! No legitimate employer would need work-at-home employees to process payments for them and no legitimate employer would require their employees to use their personal accounts to process payments!

There is a legitimate company name Nisshin Steel Company that is located in Japan and is in no way associated with this scam.

MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

Employment: The Employee agrees that he will at all times faithfully, industriously,
and to the best of his skill, ability, experience and talents, perform all of the duties
required of his position. In carrying out these duties and responsibilities, the Employee
shall comply with all Employer policies, procedures, rules and regulations, both written
and oral, as are announced by the Employer from time to time. It is also understood and
agreed to by the Employee that his assignment, duties and responsibilities and reporting
arrangements may be changed by the Employer in its sole discretion without causing
termination of this agreement.

WHEREAS: on this Agreement between Principal and Agent, I Mr. Yukio Uchida,

Principal) have accepted to get into this Contract Agreement to enable Nissin
Stainless Trading Co Ltd to receive financial handling and payment services from

the Employee is required to perform the following duties and undertake the following
responsibilities in a professional manner.

Compensation

(a) As full compensation for all services provided the employee shall be paid at
the rate of $5,000 USD Dollars such payments shall be subject to such normal
statutory deductions by the Employer.

(c) The salary mentioned shall be review on an annual basis.

The undersigned does further acknowledge that the agent and any affiliates are not
owners or beneficiaries to the amount payable to the agent from the principal’s debtors,
and to the payments made to the principal’s creditors, but shall be entitled to 10%
service charge of every payment made through the agent to the principal.

IN WITNESS THEREOF This contract is for a 12-month period beginning 6th Day
of February, 2017. And ending February 6th, 2018. It may be renewed for a further
