Position Summary:
The Support Manager is responsible for administrative support activities related to financial and organization planning, labour relations, capital project planning and management, and office support systems.
Requirements:
Customer service and problem solving skills
Must be able to work flexible hours and independently
Excellent verbal and concise written communication skills
Computer literate and general aptitude for learning new software programs
Ability to prioritize
Must be friendly
Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) is essential

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Computer literate with proficient knowledge of Outlook, Internet, Word, Excel and Access.
- Ability to supervise.
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Ability to work with changing priorities, interruptions and multiple deadlines.


Qualifications
· Managing calendars in outlook
Creating, tracking and reconciling expense reports
With all MS office products
Ability to prioritize work and be intuitive on upcoming administrative requirements
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills to interact with a wide range of individuals in a wide range of situations, which usually requires tact.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a calm and professional manner
