1. SALARY
You will receive 12,500 (Twelve Thousand Five Hundred US Dollars only ) Monthly as your salary
without Tax. You shall be referred to the company bank were you will open an account for the transfer
of your salary and other allowance upon the confirmation of your letter of Appointment. Your salary
will be paid weekly ob Thursday's Your remuneration package will be reviewed annually or about the
anniversary of your employment or in accordance with workplace laws.
2. ALLOWANCE/ENTITLEMENTS
Hazard/Inconvenience $550.00(Monthly)
Car maintenance $660.00 (Monthly)
House & Furnishing: $2900.00 (Yearly)
Entertainment & Recreation: $320.00 (Monthly)
Travel & Event: $720.00 (Monthly)
3. PAID LEAVE PERIOD /TRAVEL
You are entitled to 20 day's (4weeks)annual leave per year of service. Leave is accented in
accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009 and should be taken within one year of falling due
on occasions reactivated with your manager. You are entitled to $3200.00 take home leave
allowance. All employees are entitled to free Accommodation, and Flight ticket.
4. MEDICAL EXPENSES
Employer will provide the employee with comprehensive health care for the term of contract
and follow on care for injuries suffered during the term of contract for employee and family.

5. ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Recreation/Sports facilities shall also be made available at the disposal with no expenses to
be incurred. Laundry and dry cleaning services will also be made available to all workers by
the company’s laundry and dry cleaning unit.
We are offering you 3month vacation interval and during this period .. you have the chance
to visit your love ones and family . The company will take care of your Vacation flight ticket
(Return Ticket to and fro). During this period.. you will still continue to receive your
monthly salary and it will be wire to any bank of your choice depending on where you choose
to spend your Vacation.
On attaining permanent status, your salary and allowances shall be revised at absolute

6. TRAVELLING DOCUMENTS (VISA AND WORK PERMIT)
All employees are to shoulder the cost of their Visa and Work Permit processing fees which
be refund back to the employees as soon as he/she arrival to United States of America to
resume work with the company.
