Company Representative scams, Payment Processing scams and other Employment scams.

Hi there,

Several days ago I got an email from [email protected], asking me to answers numerous questions (they asked me to consider it as a written interviews). After I sent the answer to them, they said that there is a company in Ireland who are ready to hire me. But before they proceed (they said that they are my job intermediate agency), they asked me to prepare the following documents:
/ labor services security number
2/ work permit form filled with your personal details in the relevant sections
3/ cover letter
4/ CV European format

To obtain the labor services security number I have to send an email to [email protected] or [email protected].
I sent an email to both email addresses and got the response from them. the service labor could not help me to process the documents needed because they are overload with the application. The abc preparations then called Translation ABC said that they could help me to prepare all the documents required but I have to pay the processing fee of 31,99 euro. the payment can be mad by credit card, bank transfer or using western union.

I haven't made the payment, because I'm not sure whether this is real or just a scam.
Today I got emails from the intermediate job agency, saying that I almost passed the deadline given by my prospective employer and they are already waiting for me in Ireland.

Could somebody help me and advise me what to do? Is this job offer is just a scam?

Thank you for your attention.

Scam.

Any "company" willing to hire you based on online questions is almost invariably a scam. But ignoring that fact:

This is the info for the build-career domain. It has only existed since August of this year, and it was registered for 1 year, the minimum registration period. Typical of a fake.

Creation Date........ 2010-08-16
Registration Date.... 2010-08-16
Expiry Date.......... 2011-08-16
Organisation Name.... Build-career Inc.
Organisation Address. 150 Regent Street
Organisation Address.
Organisation Address. London
Organisation Address. W1B 5SJ
Organisation Address. London
Organisation Address. UNITED KINGDOM

Checking out the company address in the registration leads me here: http://www.regentstreetonline.com/RegentStreet/ShoppingChannel/Brooks+Brothers.htm
In other words, the supposed address of this company belongs to a clothing store.

These are free email addresses. A legitimate company would not be using them to conduct business.
