Description Position Summary:
The Administrative assistant is responsible for assisting and supporting the unit management team in achieving quality, patient satisfaction, staff development, business management as appropriate, teamwork, culture and employee satisfaction. The technician will assist in the maintenance of a safe and clean working environment.
Responsibilities:
Utilizes knowledge to establish priorities of care, both emergency and non-emergency;
Documents clearly, completely, and accurately all pertinent information on patient’s manual or electronic record.
Assists in ordering supplies and maintaining supply inventory and records in an efficient and cost effective manner.
Assumes administrative duties under the direction of the Center Director.
Is knowledgeable and educated on the exposure potential to hazardous/infectious material and will observe and comply with the safety regulations/requirements of the facility.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Keep records of materials filed or removed, using log-books or computers.
Add new material to file records, and create new records as necessary.
Perform general office duties such as typing, operating office machines, and sorting mail. Track materials removed from files in order to ensure that borrowed files are returned. Sort or classify information according to guidelines such as content, purpose, user criteria, or chronological, alphabetical, or numerical order
This is a remote job position the working hours are flexible and you can choose to work from anywhere of your choice, the pay is $25per hour training is $30 per hour and will be getting paid bi-weekly via direct deposit or paycheck. If you are employed, you are going to be working as a full employee and not an independent contractor. You can choose to work during morning, afternoon and even during the evening.

The company will cover the cost for the order of your software programs and working equipment.You will be required purchase software programs because the company does not specialize on the software programs. You are to make order from the company certified vendor that is the third party to the company.
The vendor will have them installed with disc and shipped to your registered location overnight once they have verified your order slip.
