Crystal Owner Inc is online electronic money exchange service. Today, we are looking for customer-oriented Customer Service Agent to supervise e-money exchange process and handle any possible issues that our customers might experience with accuracy and effectiveness. Customer Service Representative is a temporary job from home. New company member gets short-term on-the-job education, lasting for 4 weeks. Traning period is fully paid. This is a base salary position, monthly pay making up $2950. Corporation pays 5-7% bonuses for exceptional performance. Note, that the full-time occupation is also possible after probation period.
POSITION PROSPECTS
Position prospects for Customer Service Representative are thought to be good since we are founding office in the US in July. Starting from July, there are many types of emloyment: part-time and full-time work from home and full-time office job (for New York city residents). First month of the trial period is mandatory a part-time with the opportunity to transfer to a full-time based on the performance of the probation. Candidates with good driving force and basic computer skills should have the best job prospects.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle a large range of E-money exchange rates and processes within the internet environment daily;
- Supervise the exchange operations from FIAT (regular money) to E-money and back;
- Work with clients, give them full information about the services, payment and benefits of the company. All communication is over the e-mails, and we find customers. It's not a sales position!
PREFERENCES:
- High interaction and interpersonal abilities;
- Experience in work in customer service is a plus but not mandatory;
- Good PC and office programs skills;
- Reliability, thoroughness, care for keeping set deadlines;
- Availability over the phone and e-mail throughout the day;
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
The Supervisor will guide you at every step at the start of the probational period and train you how to work with currencies and customers. You will be required to keep him/her updated concerning the work process and report on the accomplished tasks.
