Company Representative scams, Payment Processing scams and other Employment scams.

Good Day to All,

I had received an employment letter from a certain company in Portugal together with the Contract,
and they told me to contact their partner agency to process my Visa and Work Permit,
now the agency asked me some details about me as well as scan copies of my B-cert. and Passport.
and they have a breakdown for the processing of this documents (Visa and Work Permit for Portugal)
and its a total of 850 euro.

I've tried to search thoroughly about the company and their partner agent, but i don't find any scam report on it.
But to double check and be safe, please advise if this is a fraud or not.

If you think you can help me, please email me to my email address below so I can give you the information, such as name of the Company and their partner Agent.

[email protected]

Thank you in advance,

Loloy,

This is a scam. No legitimate company would use a gmail email account for their recruiting. They are just trying to steal money from you for fake processing fees. Visas and work permits can only be issued via legitimate government agencies and they will never use free email accounts such as gmail, hotmail, etc.

Please post the full email with the job offer to help others find information on this scam.

Do not tell them that you know it is a scam, just go silent and ignore them.

If you have any additional questions please ask.

It is ALWAYS a scam

khouloud k

Since both the websites used in the original scam are dead
you need to give more information.
Email addresses, websites, whatever makes you think someone is trying to scam you.

As already stated, it's a scam. There is no job, the scammer just wants to steal from you by charging you fees for non-existent visas and travel documents.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.
