This morning I received a private chat message on Outsourcely (remote job search site) from "James Blankett from Charles River"

The message says:
"Kindly forward your resume to "[email protected]" for a follow up on your application. Thank you."

I am unable to determine if this is legit or a scam. I was previously scammed by a message outreach on Outsourcely, so I am extremely cautious about moving forward, and would appreciate any assistance on determining if this is legit or not.

Thanks, I continue to be,
