I have been a victim and yes, I am ashamed. Nobody to blame but myself. My judgment was clouded by the urgent need to find an employment to feed my family and to keep a roof over our heads! If that's being stupid, so be it!

I fought on my own to get a refund and I all I got is a no response from dubaijobs and a closed complaint from paypal.

So, I'm going down swinging! I am not expecting a refund anymore but I filed the Advance Fee scam to the following:

The Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre: http://www.antifraudcentre-centreantifraude.ca

International Consumer Protection and Enforcement Network (ICPEN): https://icpen.org/

If you are a victim of dubaijobs.net or other scams I invite you to do the same. You may get a no response from these sites but we're used to that now! It's shame on them, not shame on you for not trying to stop dubaijobs.net to claim other victims! We don't need them to lose business by not falling into their traps, we need these people behind bars! We are living in the age of media and social network! Use this power to fight even when we're going down for our own stupidity!

Any other sites to file an Advance Fee scam are welcome!

Time to be angry is over! Time to get even is now!

They seem to have a history of complaints of not providing the service paid for going back a while

From 2008 - http://www.ripoffreport.com/r/Dubai-Job ... ada-360231

From 2012 - http://www.pissedconsumer.com/reviews-b ... 30987.html - sent the person a rude email when they didn't want to pay.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.

I think we can add fake testimonials to the tactics used by this scammer as well.

There is nothing in any of the posts that would give any suggestion that people participating in this thread are making the threats you allege john doeeee, but your site does appear to have generated almost exclusively negative comments over many years on numerous complaint sites.

Such a serious alleged threat should be dealt with by the authorities as we have no means to investigate which of your dissatisfied customers might be responsible. That is what a responsible employer would do.

I would also remind john doeeee that it isn't clever to post a person's personal details in an open forum as I'm sure he wouldn't appreciate someone doing that to him.

I'm out today but will be back later.

CAR ADVERTS - If a car seller mentions escrow - he's scamming you Never ever for any reason pay anything until you have seen and inspected the vehicle
by Dotti Wed Apr 02, 2014 9:20 am
I am going to make this very clear, John Doeeee.

The post about which you are whining does not suggest or condone violence in any way. Instead it lists LEGAL steps that someone has taken to complain about your company, and encourages others to take those same steps if they lose money in their dealings with you. Those legal avenues were in fact created for consumers who pay for a service from a business, don't receive it, and cannot get their money back from the business for some reason. The poster suggested a LEGITIMATE use of these avenues.

On the other hand, YOUR approach--publicly insulting the customer who complained, followed by repeatedly posting their personal information, encouraging people to make FALSE claims against this person--is not only unethical, it is ILLEGAL. If I were that person, I would be contacting an attorney right about now to consider a lawsuit for slander and/or harrasment.

Any "business" that takes such an approach has some serious issues, even if it is legitimate (something we haven't actually established here) and we would NEVER recommend doing business with any company that finds this behavior acceptable.

If, as you claim, someone has threatened one of your employees, it is almost certainly a disgruntled customer, and it is equally likely that he or she (a) has also paid you money but ended up with no job and no refund; or (b) has read any of the MANY reports on the internet by MANY dissatisfied "customers" who have lost money to your company.

As far as your repeated attempts to post that person's personal information--consider this fair warning that another attempt will earn you a ban and a "scammer" tag or something equally pleasant.

From what I can research, although this set-up has claimed to be located in many Western countries in its many guises, as far as I can tell its most likely location is Pakistan. There may be associates/contacts abroad who can provide support and assistance but its origins aren't in doubt.

Though the person behind it uses many different Western names, his attitude comes shining through whatever name he happens to be using at any given moment.

It is interesting to note that under the regulations of the UAE Ministry of Labour, recruitment agencies are not allowed to charge a fee.

http://www.dubaifaqs.com/recruitment-agency-dubai.php

Equally, under Ontario Ministry of Labour regulations

https://www.labour.gov.on.ca/english/es/pubs/is_tha.php

An agency cannot charge you a fee for being its employee or for helping you to find work. It cannot charge you a fee for giving you information or advice on how to write a resume or prepare for an interview

Thank you everyone for posting the information.

I have also reported those illiterate scumbags to the Canadian government agency last week.
Let's wait & see!

Not really bothered about the lost CAD85, it's more important that they get taken down and don't fool or abuse any more people.
