Currently our company needs employees to take Customer Service Manager positon.
Customer Service Manager performs a key role in the process of international deliveries, consolidating parcels, mail and business correspondence. He is engaged in checking merchandise for damage, document support, scan and send mail and business correspondence. He works in a team, receiving information in due time and timely informing other team members about the work flow or of individual stages of the task performed.
Requirements
To check address labels for accuracy. ID and the name on the package must match the data that client provided in personal account when registered.
To arrange the method of shipment for both incoming and outgoing products, following the instructions given by the Company.
To reconcile and report to the main office on all related activities and tasks.
To keep confidential all information about the client and the Company, revealed to Audit Manager during the employment.
To disclose potentially detrimental information that was previously unknown to the parties involved.
Customer interest protection orientation
To maintain a high level of trust and establish working relationships with all colleagues who are relevant to the work being carried out.
Duties
To provide a personal address for the client’s shipping needs.
To receive packages on the personal address.
To inspect all items in the package to insure no items are broken or missing.
To take high-quality photographs of each item.
To consolidate (if requested) and send packages to the client during 24 hours.
