Dear ,

Application Form status: "CHECKED AND APPROVED".

We are sending this email to confirm that your application form has
been checked and approved at Head Office and as a consequence of this
would like to proceed to the next step of the process. This will take
the form of a telephone interview, the content of which will be to
learn more about you and your background. The next available date is
9/-/17 and can be arranged between 10 AM and 1 PM EDT. If this is not
convenient then please advise of alternative time slots. Upon
successfully completion the telephone interview you will be eligible
to commence the paid on-line screening process. There will be constant
feedback as to your performance which will be available to your
Personal Training Manager.

Listed below are some facts about the screening process we find to be
important.
1) The duration of the Screening Process is one month. This will be
paid testing/tutoring program in which candidate suitability is
ascertained.
2) Screening Process can be completed at home and will require only a
computer or laptop with access to the Internet and Microsoft Office
tools.
3) The paid salary for the screening process is $2,500 and the whole
process is absolutely free of charge (more details will be supplied by
the Training Manager).
4) You will have to commit 2 or 3 hours a day to complete the
screening process and this is at your discretion. Due to the
flexibility of the process at this time it can easily be incorporated
within your normal working day. There is no set time during the day
when work has to be completed, you can even tackle the training in the
afternoon or during your evening hours.
5) After the screening process has been completed you will be invited
into a local branch for a meeting with a member of our HR Department.
6) The final leg of the journey will be a series of face to face
meetings with the Executive Director. This is your opportunity to
discuss any questions you may have pertaining to salary, bonuses,
benefit packages, performance, area of operations and schedules.

Tech Lease Group are in a period of growth and are in the process
of opening multiple branches in various geographical locations, it is
more than likely that one of these will be in your state. Due to this
expansion we are in need of Project Managers to staff these offices.
As a Project Manager it will be your task to meet customers, schedule
lease agreements, arrange budgets for the project and shipment. There
will also be a need for research local marketing trends and pricing
for equipment along with selecting the more suitable vendors.
I look forward to hearing from you regarding the time and date for
your telephone interview.

Hi there, please forgive my naivete. how does Tech lease group scam? I know it is a scam but like a moth investigates the flame, I need to know. Thanks so much. I spoke with them yesterday for an "interview" but it was really a sham interview. Then they want to pay me $2500 after a month's work. I appreciate any feedback!

This looks like they want you to forward stolen money or packages bought with stolen money. They sometimes hide the exact nature of the fake job until it actually starts, having you complete nonsense tasks like writing essays for the first few days.

I was scammed too. They even sent me a fairly well written contract agreement. I was interviewed over the phone, sent a contract, and then never heard anything from them. [email protected]
