This is almost verbatim to the ole Agro website creation scam with a subtle twist that it is for a clothing website:

From: Donald Franklin [email protected]
Hi there,

Thanks for getting in touch. Here is the project details, well i have a small clothing business for both male and female which i run here in NY, now am trying to expand the business and i want you to build an informational website for it for advertisement and to increase my sales rate..

so i need you to check out this site but i need something more perfect than this if its possible http://www.xxxx the site would only be informational, so i need you to give me an estimate .The estimate should include hosting and i want the site to have not more than 5 pages ,since it is informational. I have a private project consultant, he has the text content, images and the logos for the site.

Note:

1. I want only English language
2. I don't have a domain yet but i want the domain name as ELITEXCLUSIVEWEARS.NET <http://ELITEXCLUSIVEWEARS.NET> or ELITEXCLUSIVEWEARSNY.COM <http://ELITEXCLUSIVEWEARSNY.COM> 3. You will be updating the site for me.
4. I will be providing the images, logos and content for the site.
5. I want the site up and running before ending of next month.
6. My budget is $2000 to $5000

Thanks,
Donald

The give away is the opener, the initial e-mail that asks if you can handle this job... when I did a search several results justified that the list of requirements almost mirrors in context and requirements to the AgroAmerica credit card scam to pay the person who has the content then the customer will pay you.

I get this email at least 4 times a year from different GMails. They usually trace back to Nigeria, so I blocked the entire country from my servers. Emails have slowed down since, but got this one last week; guess I'm still on some email list over there.
Don't be fooled! It is illegal to charge a card for another Vendor; especially with a stolen credit card.
